Cimcorp Mezzanine Floor Installation with Integrated Office Fit Out

Cimcorp needed a way to create a dedicated office environment inside their existing warehouse facility without losing valuable working space at ground level. The building had the height available, but the challenge was turning that unused vertical space into a practical, compliant and comfortable working area for their team.

After reviewing the space and the requirements, the most effective approach was to install a new mezzanine floor above the warehouse floor. This allowed Cimcorp to gain a fully usable office area while keeping the main floor available for operational use. The mezzanine was designed around the building layout, required loading, access, fire protection and the office facilities needed above.

Once the design had been developed, we produced the project drawings and moved forward with a complete installation package. The finished mezzanine includes a steel structure, staircase, fire-rated elements, partitioned office space, lighting, power, data, ventilation, durable flooring, furniture and branded finishes.
