Factory Mezzanine Floor for Offices & Meeting Rooms

Saint Gobain had been looking for solutions to fix their lack of space. While they have a large factory they still needed added space for meetings that wouldn’t be polluted with noise from the works. They already had an office set up and installed but this didn’t quite cut it, so they go in touch with us and asked us to present a solution.

We went away and started on some rough drawings, after that we came back to the team and explained our plan. We decided that their best option would be to install a new mezzanine floor so that they had the added space without taking anything away from the factory floor. It mean that we could be ultra-efficient with the space they already had and give them everything they wanted. They loved the idea.

So, we created more detailed and permanent plans made sure they were happy with the expected result and got to work.

We removed the old, single-storey office space and installed a fire-rated mezzanine floor equipped with office suites for their staff.
